Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 16 August 2026 · TedQu Sigma, blog-sigma.tedqu.com

These terms govern your use of TedQu Sigma – the website at blog-sigma.tedqu.com and the Sigma applications (the “Service”), operated by TedQu. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you accept these terms.

The Service

Sigma provides self-study preparation for JEE and NEET: video lessons, study materials, practice tests, mock papers, previous year papers, analytics and planning tools. Content is for personal learning, not a guarantee of any exam outcome.

Your account

  • The email address and mobile number you provide at checkout become your sign-in identity across web, Android and iOS. Keep them accurate and accessible – OTP verification uses them.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per student; credentials must not be shared.

Plans, validity and activation

  • Plans are per exam (JEE or NEET) or combined (JEE + NEET), valid for one year from activation.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for every purchase.
  • Access activates automatically after payment is verified – typically within seconds. The combined plan activates both courses on one account.

Fair use

Your plan is a personal, non-transferable licence. You must not share accounts, resell access, download or redistribute content, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after reasonable notice where practical.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service – lessons, questions, solutions, reports, design – belongs to TedQu or its licensors. No rights are transferred beyond the personal licence above.

Availability

We work hard to keep Sigma fast and available, but no online service is uninterrupted. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may occasionally affect access.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TedQu’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: info@tedqu.com.
