Refund & Cancellation Policy
We keep this simple and fair – the same way we price Sigma.
Seven-day refund window
If Sigma isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase – no long forms, no hard feelings. Email info@tedqu.com from your checkout email with your order ID, and we’ll process it.
After seven days
Because plans unlock the complete digital course instantly, refunds are not available after the 7-day window. Your plan remains active for its full one-year validity.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but access did not activate, tell us – verified duplicate and failed-payment amounts are refunded automatically to the original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. GST charged on a refunded order is also reversed.
Cancellations and transfers
Plans do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel – your plan simply ends after its year. Plans are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts or exams after activation; if you picked the wrong exam, contact us within the 7-day window and we’ll fix it.
